Is AUANI worth $300/mo?
Plug in your own numbers. Grounded in what you're actually paying today, not a best-case guess.
Free: 1 location, 10% fee — delivery, loyalty, POS sync, and reviews included, but no website, widget, or Google visibility tools. Monthly: $300/mo, 5% fee, everything unlocked at your first location. +Locations: $100/mo per added location — the moment you're at 2 or more, your fee drops to 3% across the whole account.

Baseline = all monthly orders × 12 × average order value × today's third-party rate.
Commission kept = direct orders × 12 × average order value × today's third-party rate (0% on these once your widget is unlocked).
Marketplace fee rate = 10% on Free; on Monthly, 5% at 1 location, dropping to 3% across the whole account the moment you add a 2nd (+Locations, $100/mo each).
Delivery, loyalty/POS sync, and reviews ship on every plan and don't change these numbers — only fee rate and plan cost do.
Net kept = baseline minus (plan cost + marketplace fees on remaining orders).

Pricing & Fees

How much do I actually keep per order compared to Grubhub and UberEats?

Free starts at a 10% marketplace fee: that covers what most credit card processors already charge to run the transaction, not padding on top of it. Add one paying location and it drops to 5%. Add a second location and your whole account drops to 3%, not just the new one. Any order that starts on your own website, once your widget's unlocked, is 0% (no marketplace fee at all). Compare that to Grubhub or UberEats, where 15-30% is standard no matter how loyal that customer already is.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 30 days of Monthly, no cost.

That includes a full audit of your Google Business Profile up front, the same audit and ongoing optimization work Monthly keeps doing after. You see real findings on your own listing before you've paid anything.

When does Monthly actually pay for itself, purely on fees?

Purely on marketplace fees, Free and Monthly cost the same at $6K/month in sales; under that, Free is technically cheaper on paper.

Past $6K, Monthly pulls ahead and keeps pulling ahead as you grow. Below that number, you're not upgrading for the fee savings yet; you're upgrading for the Google Business Profile work, which starts paying off long before the fees do.

Do I have to pay setup fees?

Not right now. AUANI is in active beta, and setup fees aren't enabled.

Are there hidden fees: payment processing, junk fees, anything like that?

No payout fees, no fees disguised as something else. You're responsible for sales tax like anywhere else, and, if you don't run your own driver fleet, your share of the delivery split you set yourself.

That's the whole list.

Does the marketplace fee apply to dine-in & pickup, or just delivery?

It applies to every order placed through AUANI, regardless of how it's fulfilled. The separate thing you control is the delivery fee split with the diner; that only affects the courier's delivery cost, not AUANI's own fee.

What counts as a "location" for +Location?

Locations under the same brand and domain: a second address for the same restaurant. The +Locations rate is already a heavily discounted tier, priced that way because the Google Business Profile work is similar across those addresses.

A different concept, a different cuisine, a different theme, even if you own both, gets its own account, because the visibility work for it is genuinely different, not a copy-paste of the first.

Why AUANI

What makes AUANI different from Owner.com, ChowNow, or Sauce; is it just pricing?

No, it's scope. Most of them stop at ordering, or ordering plus a website. AUANI includes an active Google Business Profile audit and ongoing optimization, because getting found on Google is the visibility signal every search engine actually rewards, and almost nobody in this category touches it.

Why is your pricing published instead of gated behind a demo call?

Because you shouldn't need a sales call just to find out what something costs. No psychological games, no number withheld until you're on a call; transparency isn't a marketing angle, it's just how things should be built.

Do I have to leave Grubhub & UberEats?

No. AUANI is an accelerator, not a replacement; if another channel is working for you, keep it. The difference is that AUANI is not trying to lock you in the way they are.

The whole point of the 0% widget is to help you grow past needing any marketplace at all, including AUANI.

Is AUANI going to extract more from me over time, the way a lot of SaaS does once you're dependent on it?

That's specifically not the model. AUANI isn't a VC-funded platform built to extract more as you grow more dependent on it - it's being built decentralized and open-source on purpose, so you're never boxed into proprietary software you can't leave.

What do I get that ChowNow, GetSauce, and Menufy don't?

Ongoing Google Business Profile audits, maintenance, and alerts, not a one-time setup.

Full autonomy over your own data and customer list, not a rented version of it.

On top of that: an AI that watches your real sales and flags what's working (Sous Chef), a human who steps in if a paid order sits unacknowledged too long, and a review system where every rating is tied to a real completed order, no drive-by ratings padding or tanking your score.

Getting Started

How fast can I actually get up & running with AUANI?

You'll need platform approval and Stripe approval to start taking payments. Stripe can take a little longer if you don't already have an account with them, but most vendors are live within a week.

If I already use a POS I like, do I have to switch?

Square and Clover integrations are live now, Toast is next. Anything else, AUANI will look at case-by-case, book a 10-minute call and to tell you straight whether it's covered or what the gap is.

Is delivery run by AUANI's own drivers, or a real courier service?

Uber handles on-demand delivery today. DoorDash and Grubhub couriers are being evaluated, not live yet.

is there a contract and what happens if I leave?

Month-to-month, no contract. Your content is yours to take, but premium plugins, themes, and templated designs stay with AUANI, so you'd be redesigning and managing that transfer yourself if you leave.

You get a 30-day grace period after canceling to move everything out before access ends. Your guest list, though, is exportable on every tier, always; that one's never held hostage.

After 12 months of continuous enrollment, you can get the theme template that powers your website, but you'd still be responsible for your own theme & plugin costs.

AUANI absorbs all of those premium licenses with an agency license to extend the savings to you.
